Some sex offenders can't be forced to wear GPS monitors, N.J. Supreme Court rules | NJ.com
The State of Wisconsin has the exact same law -- it retroactively applies the lifetime GPS monitoring to offenders who committed their crimes many years prior to the passage of the law. Anybody want to take a bet as to how the courts in Wisconsin might address the issue (since the courts and laws in Wisconsin are heavily stacked in favor of the State, and against offenders)?
