  1. I am writing in regard for my wife Michelle. She was the long term sex salve of a Hennepin County Correction Officer who in 1993 was caught with four of his National Guard Sergeants sexually assaulting her one of 12000 tin huts used for summer housing at Camp Ripley Minnesota. The four sergeants were Minneapolis Police Officers. Michelle was 17 and pregnant with her second daughter, she gave birth to her first when she was only 13. Both daughters were fathered by the correction officer. Due to the five actions they were kicked out of the National Guard however in 2000 the correction officer allowed a very serious pedophile to seek shelter in his home. That individual molested all the girls in his home including his sister's three daughters. After the sex offender raped Michelle in front of her oldest daughter the correction officer and his Minneapolis Police Officer friends worked to convict Michelle as revenge against their discharge from the National Guard. Michelle now has to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life even though she was a sexual assault victim. Their actions have lead to stalking, home break ins, and destructive cellphone hacking. This spring Michelle and I attempted to move to the Orlando area. After following all known requirements we faced a proudly hostile Seminole County Sheriff's Deputy. Michelle's mother lives in that area and has medical needs that requires Michelle's help however the hostility of law enforcement in their ideologies that their abusiveness in in the name of public safety and justified. We then was shown a map of exclusion zones that denied us any chance for home, movement or work. Michelle was wrongly convicted for 2nd degreeaiding and abetting in the sexual assault against her and has no risk level as a sex offender. However the abusive treatment against her by law enforcement and county services is appalling. Although we are.married Hennepin County refuses to allow her to take my name in their fear of fraud, yet it was the county that failed the laws and her basic civil rights.
