Protecting their own again. She committed a sex crime from a position of power, anyone else would have gotten confinement, she only got probation and not much of it either.
The registry will punish her over time, but unfortunately that isn't the point here.
Interesting. It is my understanding that the thousands of dollars poured into PREA are supposed to do more to prevent and punish this sort of thing. Of course, the inmate talked her into a cellphone, then blackmailed her for sex with the threat of reporting the cellphone.............
